Certified Instructor: Klose Training

National Lymphedema Network

As specialists in Edema Management and Cancer Rehabilitation, our practice is limited to providing comprehensive care for clients diagnosed with cancer and/or lymphedema. Dr. Joe and Dr. Tammy Mondry are both licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy, Certified Lymphedema Therapists, as well as Certified Cancer Exercise Specialists.

Our practice utilizes the most advanced clinical assessment technology available today: LymphaTech 3-D Imaging as well as a LymphScanner. This technology can identify the presence and severity of lymphedema even before the onset of clinical signs or symptoms.

More importantly, we are the ONLY facility in San Diego county that provides the Gold Standard of Care for Lymphedema: Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). CDT includes Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), multi-layered compression bandaging, therapeutic exercise and skin & nail care.  Every treatment session is 1:1 direct care with a Certified Lymphedema Therapist for 75 minutes in duration and provided five (5) days per week. Typically, the treatment episode lasts from 2-4 weeks depending on edema severity.

Comprehensive care includes providing all products required to effectively treat and manage edema / lymphedema, including foam padding, compression bandages and compression garments. As Certified Fitters with all manufacturers (BSN-Jobst, Juzo, Lohmann & Rausher, Medi-USA, Sigvaris & Solaris), we can provide any product necessary to appropriately manage your condition. In addition, we can also facilitate acquisition of a FlexiTouch compression pump for home use as necessary to manage your edema / lymphedema.
